BIOGRAPHY:

Brandon W. has been making hip-hop influenced instrumentals since his early teen years, but it wasn't until his freshman year at WCU in Cullowhee, NC, that he started producing bass pounding electro-house and Dubstep. An amateur producer, radio host/DJ, and full time student, Infectia creates sonic soundscapes from scratch using Digital Granular synthesizers, such as Massive, ESX24, and Absnyth. Also self-taught in industry standard DAW's such as Logic, Ableton, and Pro Tools, Infectia is just beginning to tap into the threshold of his potential...

2 years later....

2012 proved to be a year of sucsess as Infectia released his single "Letters On Sunspots" on Philosophy Major's spring compilation which was distributed internationally. Add to that, an all original preformance at Mayhem Festival in May, and you've set the scene for an exit and cessation of EDM music production for this young and growing artist. Infectia is back to his roots, focusing mainly on instrumental Hip-Hop, and with the mid-2013 release of Weekend Beats Vol.1, his tenacious and resilient spirit reverberates immensely through each track. Infectia has also taken appreciation of the inner workings of top-40 pop music, and incedental scoring for commercial application. So what does the future hold for Infectia, the Weekend Beats Series, and his contiinuing studies of buisiness, frequency manipulation, and audio engineering? Making music with the most current technology, Infectia has long since tapped into the threshold of his potential. Now, he has his sights set on some big things.
